How I Work With You

Let’s Be Real. Therapy Only Works if You Feel Seen.

Therapy, for me, is about human connection. I don’t hide behind a clipboard or give vague nods. I show up as myself … warm, honest, and direct (yes, I’m a New Yorker).

I ask hard questions, offer real feedback, and meet you exactly where you are.

Golden Hour Therapy: A Safe Space

Golden Hour Therapy is inspired by that quiet, glowing time just before sunset when the light softens, the world feels still, and everything becomes more honest. It’s a space where I invite you to face your truth without judgment, with compassion instead.

I created this approach to honor those delicate, powerful moments of transition we all go through.

Together, we slow down and meet you exactly where you are, gently guiding you through vulnerability so that real healing can begin and grow.

Why I Do This Work

Because Real Change is Possible. And You Don’t Have to Do It Alone.

So many people carry pain they’ve never fully spoken out loud. So many couples repeat the same “ dance”, not because they don’t care, but because they feel stuck and unseen.

I do this work because I believe in the healing power of being truly heard and in the possibility of creating something new, even when it feels like you’ve tried everything.

A Final Word

I bring lived experience, compassion, and authenticity to your journey.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you in the realness of your life, who will challenge you with love, and who believes that healing comes through connection, I’m here. Let’s talk.

Outside of the office:

For the past 2 years, I’ve traveled around the county in my big blue skoolie (a tiny home on wheels) working from the road, seeing beautiful places, meeting new people and doing acts of kindness,

I love to read all genres except science fiction and fantasy, (if this is your vibe, don’t hate me)

I love scrabble, cooking/baking and trying new recipes. Connecting with family and friends is really important to me, and I prioritize time to do so. Lastly, I love to walk at golden hour with my dogs Prissy and Scarlett who I lovingly refer to as “The girls”
